ADMISSION FOR THE YEAR 2021-22


The Admission Form for the Session 2020-2021 is being issued from Birati Branch administrative office. 

 

ON-LINE FORM SUBMISSION 

 

You may also submit Form Online. Please click on “Online Admission” button. You shall be directed to the Online Admission Page. Please submit after completing all the fields.

You may download admission form by clicking on “Online Admission” and going to the relevant page. After completing the form fill up and submit the form in the school office. The cost of admission form is Rs. 500/- (in case of online form submission please pay the amount in the following account number by online transfer / online download, the cost of form has to be paid at the time of admission interview/exam).

Admission Form from the School Office

 

1) You may collect the Admission Form from the Office of Birati Branch on any working day from 9.30 AM to 1:00 PM. Also, you may get the Form on 1st and 3rd Saturday of the Month from Office. The office is closed on 2nd and 4th Saturday and no form is issued.

 

2) Duly filled Application forms along with necessary attachments may be dropped in school’s submission box. You may also submit your filled-up form personally to the office.

 

3) No persuasion regarding any Admission matters will be entertained by any School Personnel. The School will not be responsible for misinformation or misinterpretation to any verbal quarries from any school personnel or by any persons claiming to act on behalf of the School Authorities. In case more than one application for the same candidate is received all applications of such candidates will be rejected.

 

4) For the 2021-2022 session, the admission shall be for classes Toddler, Pre-Nursery, Nursery, KG, I, II, III & IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X. based on seat availability and selection after interview.

 

Documents for Submission

 

1) Xerox copy of Panchayat / Municipality/ state Hospital / Nursing Home Birth Certificate to be enclosed. The Xerox copy must be attested by component authority.

 

2) The certificates of income of Parents/ Guardians, / Salary slip are to be attached. Those who are self-employed or who have their own business must submit a personal statement of their yearly income along with a Xerox copy of PAN CARD & INCOME TAX RETURN

 

3) These candidates and both their parents/guardians will be required to attend the Admission interview on the date/ timing specified in the notice.

 

4) Selected candidates shall be informed immediately after the interview and they shall proceed to complete all admission formalities and pay all admission charges. Students seeking admission in class 2 and class 2 onwards must appear in the admission test. Subjects will be English, Bengali / Hindi, Science and Math. Candidates, who have passed the exam, along with both the guardian, must appear in the interview. Selected candidates only shall take admission by filling up all forms and depositing admission charges.

 

5) The school authority reserves the right to reject any application without giving any reasons. No enquiries regarding the rejection of any applications will be entertained.

 

6) Candidates seeking admission for class II onwards will be required to submit a Transfer Certificate from his/her previous school. In case of delay, you may submit a letter in this regard.

 

7. Please attach a copy of the mark sheet or grade certificate of the last class or exam held in case of transfer from the previous school
